beban kerja Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh&#13;
efikasi diri sebagai prediktor kesejahteraan subjektif guru di sekolah inklusif Kota&#13;
Yogyakarta dengan peran moderasi stres kerja.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini&#13;
dilaksanakan secara online melalui Google Form Adapun sampel penelitian&#13;
berjumlah 153 guru di sekolah inklusif Kota Yogyakarta. Penentuan sampel pada&#13;
penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan&#13;
menggunakan skala kesejahteraan subjektif guru, efikasi diri guru, serta stres kerja.&#13;
Selanjutnya validasi instrumen menggunakan validitas isi serta reliabilitas&#13;
menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan α skala kesejahteraan subjektif =&#13;
0.753, α efikasi diri = 0.792, dan α stres kerja = 0.892. Analisis data menggunakan&#13;
analisis Process Macro for SPSS by Hayes (2022) model 1.&#13;
Hasil penelitian terkait interaksi antara efikasi diri dengan stres kerja&#13;
menunjukkan tidak signifikan (b = 0.003; p &lt; 0.228). hal ini menunjukkan bahwa&#13;
stres kerja tidak memiliki peran sebagai variabel moderator pada pengaruh efikasi&#13;
diri guru terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif guru. Artinya efikasi diri guru tetap&#13;
berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif guru saat tingkat stress kerja tinggi&#13;
maupun rendah.&#13;
