	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik Tingkat kesegaran jasmani peserta didik putra ekstrakurikuler bol voli di SMP Negeri 1 Piyungan. \r\nPenelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi yang digunakan adalah peserta didik ekstrakurikuler bola voli putra di SMP Negeri 1 Piyungan yang berjumlah 21 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Tes Kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI) Fase D yang dikembangkan oleh Kemendikbudristek tahun 2021. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 item tes, yaitu Hand and Eye Coordination, Sit-Up, Standing Board Jump, T-test, dan Bleep Test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. \r\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesegaran jasmani peserta didik putra ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 1 Piyungan sebanyak 4 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori baik sekali dengan presentase 19%, 11 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 52%, 5 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase 24%, 1 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori kurang dengan persentase 5%, dan 0 peserta didik masuk dalam kategori kurang sekali dengan persentase 0%."^^xsd:string;
