pribadi dan professional terasa semakin kabur. Situasi dimana individu merasa terlibat dan&#13;
puas dengan kehidupan kerja dan pribadinya disebut work-life balance. Terdapat isu worklife balance pada organisasi yang bergerak di bidang digital, salah satunya bagi karyawan&#13;
customer service e-commerce, yang aktif beroperasi selama 24 jam. Tingginya lalu lintas di&#13;
dalam e-commerce membuat karyawan customer service merasakan masalah pada kehidupan&#13;
pribadi dan pekerjaan mereka, yang mengakibatkan ketidakpuasan pada masing-masing&#13;
domain. Diduga salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan work-life balance adalah support&#13;
organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational&#13;
support terhadap work-life balance pada customer service e-commerce di Yogyakarta. Tiga&#13;
dimensi perceived organizational support yang meliputi fairness, supervisory support dan&#13;
organizational reward and job condition juga dieksplorasi untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya&#13;
secara parsial terhadap work-life balance.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto.&#13;
Subyek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 153 customer service e-commerce di&#13;
Yogyakarta. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan skala perceived&#13;
organizational support yang berjumlah 18 item, dan skala work-life balance yang berjumlah&#13;
18 item. Hasil uji reabilitas menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel dan dimensinya dinyatakan&#13;
reliabel karena menunjukkan reabilitas diatas 0,60. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan pada&#13;
penelitian ini adalah uji regresi berganda.&#13;
Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan, bahwa perceived organizational support&#13;
berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance sebesar 62,5%. Hasil analisis data secara parsial&#13;
ditemukan bahwa: (1) perceived organizational support dimensi fairness berpengaruh&#13;
terhadap work-life balance dengan besaran pengaruhnya sebesar 48,7% (2) perceived&#13;
organizational support dimensi supervisory support berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance&#13;
dengan besaran pengaruhnya sebesar 13,8% (3) perceived organizational support dimensi&#13;
organizational reward and job condition tidak berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance.&#13;
Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived organizational support dimensi fairness dan supervisory&#13;
support berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance, sedangkan perceived organizational support&#13;
dimensi organizational reward and job condition tidak berpengaruh terhadap work-life&#13;
