	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan squat terhadap keterampilan smash peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 1 Kretek.\r\nMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test-post-test. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Kretek pada tanggal 19 Agustus hingga 30 September. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli SMP Negeri 1 Kretek yang berjumlah 40 peserta. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan squat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan smash dan loncatan semakin tinggi pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli di SMP Negeri 1 Kretek. kemampuan pretest peserta 33,25 meningkat pada hasil mean posttest sebesar 51,25. Persentase peningkatan ketrampilan Smash adalah 54,1353%. Pada nilai t hitung peserta adalah 2,8740, lebih besar dari t tabel 1,68385, dengan signifikansi 0,9967 (> 0,05)."^^xsd:string;
