"abstract": "This study aims to examine whether subjective well-being and resilience are predictors of academic\r\nachievement for high school students at Colombo\r\nSchool in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, both simultaneously\r\nand separately.\r\nThe research approach is quantitative and\r\ncauses-effect relationship design. The research sample\r\nconsisted of 123 students from private high schools\r\nfor the 2023\/2024 academic year in the Special\r\nRegion of Yogyakarta. The measuring instruments\r\nused are Diener's subjective well-being scale, Conner\r\nand Davidson's resilience scale, and student academic\r\nachievement data, which consists of subject matter\r\nfrom Mathematics and Indonesian. Data analysis uses\r\nregression analysis using SPSS.\r\nThe results of research on subjective well-\r\nbeing and resilience cannot predict how much\r\nstudents' academic achievement will be (F = 1.616 p=\r\n0.203, p> 0.05) with a value of r = 0.026 x 0.026 =\r\n0.155 and R2 = 0.026. This means that the subjective\r\nwell-being and resilience variables contribute to\r\nacademic achievement by 26%. It is known that SWB\r\ncannot predict the academic achievement of\r\nIndonesian students (F = 0.704; p = 0.403, p> 0.05).\r\nresilience cannot predict how much academic\r\nachievement Indonesian students have (F = 2.287; p=\r\n0.133, p> 0.05).",
