This research is important because PAUD institutions are facing changes and require a learning organization management model in PAUD institutions. The method used is concurrent embedded with qualitative data as primary data and quantitative data as secondary data. Secondary data aims to expand the primary data. The research locations were three PAUD institutions in Madiun, namely the Cendekia Kids School, TK Islam Al Irsyad and TK IT Nur Al Izhar . Qualitative data collection through triangulation and researchers as human instruments. Test the validity of qualitative data through credibility, depenbility and confirmability tests, while data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model. Quantitative data uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to test the validity and reliability of the instrument using construction or expert tests and statistics. The implementation of learning organization management in PAUD institutions begins with the preparation of institutional programs consisting of institutional work programs, student activity programs and individual and organizational capacity building. Capacity building is part of the work system and is an integral part. The concept of developing a learning organization management model in PAUD institutions consists of three subsystems, namely learning skills, learning organization dimensions, and management functions. Learning skills consist of work programs, capacity building and implementing five disciplines. Dimensions have a major role in increasing individual and organizational capacity consisting of coach, culture, team learning, empowerment, knowledge and information, learning from the environment, and leadership.
