"This study aims to describe the implementation of learning organization management that\r\nhas been carried out so far, find dimensions that play a role in increasing the capacity of\r\nlearning organizations, find out the intensity of learning organization dimensions and\r\ndiscover the concept of developing a learning organization management model in existing\r\nPAUD institutions. This research is important because PAUD institutions are facing changes\r\nand require a learning organization management model in PAUD institutions.\r\nThe method used is concurrent embedded with qualitative data as primary data and\r\nquantitative data as secondary data. Secondary data aims to expand the primary data. The\r\nresearch locations were three PAUD institutions in Madiun, namely the Cendekia Kids School,\r\nTK Islam Al Irsyad and TK IT Nur Al Izhar . Qualitative data collection through triangulation\r\nand researchers as human instruments. Test the validity of qualitative data through credibility,\r\ndepenbility and confirmability tests, while data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model.\r\nQuantitative data uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to test the validity and\r\nreliability of the instrument using construction or expert tests and statistics.\r\nThe implementation of learning organization management in PAUD institutions begins\r\nwith the preparation of institutional programs consisting of institutional work programs,\r\nstudent activity programs and individual and organizational capacity building. Capacity\r\nbuilding is part of the work system and is an integral part. The concept of developing a learning\r\norganization management model in PAUD institutions consists of three subsystems, namely\r\nlearning skills, learning organization dimensions, and management functions. Learning skills\r\nconsist of work programs, capacity building and implementing five disciplines. Dimensions\r\nhave a major role in increasing individual and organizational capacity consisting of coach,\r\nculture, team learning, empowerment, knowledge and information, learning from the\r\nenvironment, and leadership. Process activity management functions in managing capacity\r\nbuilding, looking for strategies and methods by planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and\r\nevaluating."^^ . "2023" . . .
