"This study aims to describe and analyze quality assurance system\r\nmanagement patterns, describes and analyzes quality assurance strategies in the\r\ninfrastructure and curriculum aspects, and identifies and analyzes supporting and\r\ninhibiting factors in the implementation of quality assurance in the infrastructure\r\nand curriculum areas.\r\nThis study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research locations\r\nwere the Jogja Green School Community Learning Center (PKBM) and the\r\nYogyakarta Homeschooling Entrepreneur Community Learning Center (PKBM).\r\nData collection techniques included observation, interviews, and document\r\nanalysis. Information sources included the principal, curriculum manager,\r\ninfrastructure manager, teachers, stakeholders/parents, and students. Data\r\nvalidity was tested using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data\r\nanalysis employed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, & Saldana. This\r\ntechnique involved data collection, data condensation, data display, and\r\nconclusion drawing/verifying.\r\nThe results of this study indicate that: (1) the quality assurance system\r\nmanagement pattern is implemented through a participatory, adaptive, and\r\ncontextual approach in accordance with the educational philosophy of each\r\ninstitution using the PDCA cycle and involving all stakeholders; (2) the quality\r\nassurance strategy for facilities and infrastructure is carried out through\r\noptimizing the learning environment, utilizing functional facilities, and\r\ncollaborating with parents and the community; (3) the curriculum quality\r\nassurance strategy is implemented through integrating the national curriculum\r\nwith a thematic, project-based, and student-centered learning approach; and (4)\r\nsupporting factors for the implementation of quality assurance include open\r\nleadership, stakeholder involvement, and curriculum flexibility, while inhibiting\r\nfactors include limited budget, resources, and less than optimal documentation of\r\nthe quality system. PKBM Jogja Green School develops excellence through\r\nnature-based learning with an environmentally friendly approach, while PKBM\r\nHomeschooling Entrepreneur focuses on integrating the curriculum with an\r\nentrepreneurial approach through flexible learning space and Individual Learning\r\nPlan. Both institutions have successfully overcome implementation challenges\r\nthrough sustainable human resource development, funding diversification, and\r\noptimizing stakeholder involvement with a Total Quality Management approach."^^ .
