The research population comprised 53 vendors receiving loans from PT Madu Baru in Tirtonirmolo Village, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency. This was a population study. It was a quantitative study employing the ex post facto design. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. They were analyzed using the multiple regression technique. The results of the study are as follows. (1) There is a positive and significant effect of the capital size on the improvement of the incomes of the small vendors in Tirtonirmolo Village, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency. This indicated by tobserved = 7.772 at a significance level of 0.000 (sig. < 0.05). (2) There is a positive and significant effect of the loans on the improvement of their incomes. This indicated by tobserved = 2.066 at a significance level of 0.044 (sig. < 0.05). (3) There is no negative and significant effect of the interest rate on the improvement of their incomes. This indicated by tobserved = 0.058 at a significance level of 0.954 (sig. > 0.05). (4) There are positive and significant effects of the capital size, loans, and interest rate as an aggregate on the improvement of their incomes. This indicated by Fobserved = 36.101 at a significance level of 0.000 (sig. < 0.05). The capital size, loans, and interest rate variables give a contribution of 68.8%.
