Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi implementasi pendidikan karakter religius aspek ibadah salat melalui pembiasaan pada siswa kelas IV SDIT Ibnu Mas`ud Wates.\r\nPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV, guru kelas IV, guru agama kelas IV, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data hasil penelitian ini diuji keabsahannya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter religius aspek ibadah salat melalui pembiasaan pada siswa kelas IV SDIT Ibnu Mas`ud Wates: (1) aspek pengetahuan salat yang ditanamkan yakni pentingnya salat, perintah salat, tujuan salat, tata cara salat, dan adab salat dengan cara pembiasaan melalui pemahaman dengan ceramah yang dilakukan secara berulang, tanya jawab berulang, mengamati video; aspek keyakinan salat yakni menanamkan salat sarana komunikasi kepada Allah, salat meningkatkan iman, salat saran untuk taat, dan mengulang salat jika salat belum tertib melalui penjelasan berulang dan praktik rutin ketika salat; aspek peribadatan yang ditanamkan yakni gerakan salat yang benar, bacaan salat yang benar, dan salat dengan khusyu’ dengan pembiasaan pemahaman secara berulang, media pengulangan visual untuk penanaman pengetahuan salat, dan praktik rutin ketika salat; aspek penghayatan yang ditanamkan yakni melaksanakan adab di masjid, pandangan ke tempat sujud, dan\r\nsalat yang khusyu’ melalui pembiasaan penjelasan ceramah yang dilakukan secara\r\nberulang dan kegiatan pembiasaan. (2) kendala dan solusi yakni kendala meliputi: kurangnya siswa dalam memperhatikan penyampaian guru terkait ibadah salat; adanya siswa yang sulit diatur dan masih sulit dalam terbiasa menerapkan jujur, disiplin, sabar, dan tertib.
