        abstract = {This research is motivated by the need to increase teachers' Technology Pedagogy and Content Knowledge (TPACK) competency as a result of current developments and technological developments so that it is urgent for teachers to carry out learning that remains effective and efficient in various conditions. One effort to achieve learning efficiency is to integrate technology, pedagogy and content in learning through appropriate strategies to develop pre-service teacher TPACK competencies. Based on this, the TPACK IDD IRR model was developed. This research was carried out using a quantitative design based research approach with six stages, namely introduction, demonstration, develop, implementation, reflect, and revision. This research was carried out on 126 preservice teachers in the field of economics education. The novelty in this research is the development model of TPACK in learning economics (social science family) TPACK competency is measured from seven TPACK domains. The results of this research state that there is a significant increase in teacher TPACK competency with the TPACK IDD IRR strategy model. The highest increase was in the form of preservice teacher learning technology skills and pedagogical knowledge and integrating technology and pedagogy in learning. However, the TPACK IDD IRR strategy does not increase preservice teachers' economic content knowledge.
