Pada pengembangan ini terdiri dari 8 tahap, yaitu tahap\r\nMendefinisikan Kompetensi, Peserta tes, dan Tujuan tes, Mengembangkan\r\nRencana Uji, Menyusun Item Tes, Validasi Tes, Melakukan Uji Coba, Analisis\r\nItem, Merevisi Tes, dan Hasil Pengembangan. Subyek dalam pengembangan ini\r\nadalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pergiwatu sebanyak 17 siswa. Teknik\r\npengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, dan tes. Teknik\r\nanalisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan bantuan program\r\nAnates V4. \r\nHasil dari pengembangan menunjukkan dari 25 butir soal yang diujicobakan\r\n23 butir soal valid dan memenuhi standar HOTS yang ditetapkan sementara 2 soal\r\ntidak valid. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil validasi desain oleh validator yang\r\nmenunjukan skor 3,44 dengan kategori baik. Hasil uji validitas menunjukan 23 soal\r\nvalid dan 2 soal tidak valid. Hasil uji daya pembeda menunjukkan persentase 78%\r\nsangat baik, 22% baik, dan 0% jelek. Hasil uji tingkat kesukaran menunjukan\r\ntingkat kesukaran mudah sebesar 0%, sedang sebesar 91 %, dan sukar sebesar 9%.\r\nHasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai 0,87 soal pilihan ganda dan 0,96 soal uraian \r\nyang termasuk dalam kategori hubungan sangat kuat. \r\n\r\nKata kunci: Soal, IPA, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
