Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Penelitian ini di FT UNY dan beberapa Perguruan Tinggi Vokasi lainnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari Februari 2021 – Januari 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis validasi isi dilakukan dengan expert judgement. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif-kualitatif Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model organisasi perawatan bengkel di pendidikan vokasional yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan layanan pembelajaran praktik di bengkel yang lengkapi dengan (a) buku panduan, (b) struktur organisasi perawatan bengkel, (c) perangkat administrasi perawatan bengkel, dan (d) sistem informasi perawatan bengkel (WS optima) berbasis web. ( 2 ) berdasarkan uji validasi, rerata untuk semua aspek terhadap MOPB yang dikembangkanadalahsebesar90%,penilaianbukupanduansebesar 94%,penilaian struktur organisasi perawatan bengkel sebesar 94%, penilaian aspek administrasi perawatan bengkel sebesar 93%, dan penilaian sistem informasi WS Optima sebesar 92%. Berdasarkan respon pengguna yaitu dosen dan teknisi rata-rata skor sebesar 87%. Berdasarkan skor rata-rata yang didapatkan tersebut maka MOPB dinyatakan dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”.
