Penyelarasan pendidikan vokasi antara satuan pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan kompetensi lulusan oleh dunia kerja sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model penyelarasan pendidikan vokasi dan mendeskripsikan keterlibatan stakeholder dalam penyelarasan pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah stakeholder SMK di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia dan sampel penelitian adalah mitra industri SMK, pemerintah yang diwakili dinas pendidikan provinsi, dan masyarakat yang diwakili komite sekolah. Sampel diambil dengan teknik voluntary sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 705 responden dengan rincian 375 responden dari industri, 155 responden dari pemerintah, dan 175 responden dari masyarakat. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner semi tertutup. Kuesioner dikembangkan dengan mengacu pada skala semantic differential dengan tujuh alternatif jawaban. Instrumen divalidasi menggunakan expert judgement. Analisis validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan menggunakan teori tes klasik dan item response theory (IRT). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis faktor eksploratori, analisis bifactor omega with hierarchical solution, dan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Model penyelarasan pendidikan vokasi terdiri atas dua faktor utama yakni sumber daya dan kurikulum & pembelajaran. Pada faktor sumberdaya, indikator yang paling dominan yakni kontribusi industri, masyarakat, dan pemerintah dalam pembiayaan operasional. Pada faktor kurikulum & pembelajaran indikator yang paling dominan yakni keterlibatan industri, masyarakat, dan pemerintah dalam menyelaraskan materi pembelajaran; (2) Stakeholder yang dapat terlibat dalam penyelarasan pendidikan vokasi yaitu industri, masyarakat, dan pemerintah.
