Penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Bengkulu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 182 anak usia dini. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Data kelayakan model dianalisis menggunakan content validity coefficient dari formula Aiken’s, paired sample t- test analysis, dan ANOVA untuk menganalisis keefektivan model terhadap variable terikat dan analisis untuk mengetahui perbedaan tiap indikator pada karakter peduli lingkungan. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) karakter peduli lingkungan anak telrgololng relndah, pembelajaran ekoliterasi disekolah masih sebatas pembelajaran melalui guru (contoh dari guru) dan media interaktif yang digunakan belum ada, selhingga tidak melndukung anak untuk belrelksplolrasi selcara mandiri, kelmudian guru masih mengajarkan pembelajaran ekoliterasi secara mendiri dan belum melakukan kemitraan dengan keluarga untuk melngelnalkan ekoliterasi sejak dini baik dirumah maupun disekolah. (2) model pembelajaran ekoliterasi berbasis kemitraan keluarga untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan anak usia dini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan tahapan model pengembangan Borg and Gall (3) Model pembelajaran ekoliterasi berbasis kemitraan keluarga untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan di Kota Bengkulu dinyatakan layak dan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dilihat dari model, materi, dan media. (4) Model pembelajaran yang dihasilkan tersebut praktis untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan anak usia dini dilihat dari aspek keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan 18 orang guru memberi nilai P = 93.4%.
