Data dalam penelitian ini\r\ndikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Objek\r\npenelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen kinerja yang telah berjalan di UNY,\r\nyaitu SIKAP serta pengembangan sistem informasi peningkatan kinerja\r\nSIM-KUARTER.\r\nHasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya ketidak optimalan sistem\r\nyang sudah berjalan terkait dengan pengelolaan kinerja karyawan. Dengan\r\ndikembangkan sistem SIM-KUARTER lebih berorientasi pada peningkatan kinerja\r\ndan pola pikir karyawan. Uji efektivitas model sistem SIM-KUARTER dibagikan\r\nsecara purposive sampling melalui angket kepada 50 responden yaitu tenaga\r\nkependidikan di UNY. Dari hasil uji efektivitas tersebut ditemukan tingkat efektivitas\r\nsebesar 89%, termasuk dalam kategori efektif, dapat diterima dan dapat diterapkan\r\nkedepannya."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
