Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi yang menggunakan model CIPP dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 299 peserta didik, empat guru pengampu, dan empat guru perwakilan bidang kurikulum SMAN di Kota Pekalongan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket serta melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi angket dengan skala Likert, pedoman wawancara, dan lembar telaah dokumen. Validitas instrumen penelitian dibuktikan dengan menggunakan Formula V Aiken dan validitas konstruk dengan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). Reliabilitas instrumen diestimasi menggunakan uji Cronbach alpha dan Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC). Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengukur capaian keberhasilan program melalui analisis aspek CIPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek CIPP yang dievaluasi sudah dinilai baik, akan tetapi terdapat hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki. Hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan jenjang SMAN di Kota Pekalongan menunjukkan bahwa belum semua indikator tercapai 100% berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam pedoman program. Hasil evaluasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu acuan untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan program kewirausahaan jenjang SMAN di Kota Pekalongan.
