Kemajemukan komunitas sosial belajar anak yang rawan terjadinya perundungan sangat memerlukan upaya pelibatan dan keterlibatan pencegahan perundungan antara anak, pendidik, dan orang tua.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan strategi pengelolaan perundungan berdasarkan aktivitas anak dan respon dari pendidik dan orang tua terhadap perundungan anak didik di TK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi etnografi. Penelitian dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 9 bulan lebih 3 hari di 2 lokasi Taman Kanak-kanak Kecamatan Bantur Kabupaten Malang. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang terdiri dari 9 anak TK, 11 wali murid, 2 Kepala Sekolah, 8 pendidik, masyarakat pendidik dan Kepala Sekolah TK. Sumber data adalah reaksi seluruh subjek, terkait aktivitas rundung yang terjadi pada anak-anak TK. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terfokus, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Aktivitas perundungan anak usia dini di TK wilayah pesisir didasarkan atas kebiasaan, peniruan, dan kebutuhan personal anak melalui aktivitas (a) rundung verbal, didominasi berupa ujaran bersifat manipilatif (nyukembek, ghanyol, bodong, si kempros, si koproh, si keple), (b) rundung relasional berupa geng dalam kelompok yang disebut bolo-boloan, dan (c) rundung fisik berupa gelut bagi anak laki-laki, dan cakar-cakaran pada anak perempuan. (2) Pola respon pendidik dan orang tua terhadap perundungan anak usia dini di TK wilayah pesisir cenderung bersifat teacher-parent centre yakni berupa nyedaki (mendekati), nyeneni (memarahi), misahi (memisahkan), ngancani (menemani), dan meseni (memberi pesan), (3) Pengelolaan perundungan yang dilakukan oleh pendidik dan orang tua menggunakan strategi fasilitatif berdasar atas engagement and involvement dengan pendekatan paedagogic humanistic melalui kegiatan bercerita, buku bergambar, bermain wayang, dongeng, bermain peran, diskusi kelompok, kegiatan kerjasama, dan keteladanan. Untuk mengurangi terjadinya perundungan, maka pemangku kebijakan, pendidik dan orang tua perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dan perhatian kepada pembelajaran anak melalui pemanfaatan nilai-nilai budaya lokal sebagai upaya menumbuhkan karakter baik pada anak usia dini dan menjaga kelestarian budaya.
