Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di 11 SMK yang menyelenggarakan Kompetensi Keahlian TBSM dan 31 IDUKA otomotif sepeda motor di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan melalui wawancara dengan teknik semi terstruktur. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Model kemitraan antara SMK kompetensi keahlian teknik dan bisnis sepeda motor di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dengan IDUKA tergolong ke dalam model kemitraan mutualistik. (2) Program kemitraan yang dijalankan adalah penyelarasan kurikulum; peningkatan kompetensi guru, teknisi, dan guru tamu; penyelenggaraan prakerin, kelas industri, uji kompetensi/sertifikasi kompetensi, dan rekruitmen tenaga kerja; pengembangan ruang praktik, peralatan praktik, dan bahan ajar; dan pemberian beasiswa didik. (3) Tahapan kemitraan dilaksanakan dalam 10 aspek: tujuh aspek (70%) tahapan kemitraan pada aspek analisis kebutuhan, analisis lingkungan, perencanaan, presentasi, MoU, pelaporan, serta aspek monitoring dan evaluasi yang terlaksana dalam kategori baik; sedangkan tiga aspek (30%) yaitu aspek persetujuan, aspek perundingan, dan aspek pelaksanaan, yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. (4) Faktor pendukung yaitu adanya dukungan dari pemerintah terkait link and match, komitmen sekolah dan IDUKA, antusiasme dari peserta didik dan tenaga pendidik, sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang sudah memadai, serta kualitas SDM peserta didik dan tenaga pendidik yang baik.
