This research is a qualitative research is the principal of the madrasah as the main subject or key informant, as an subject or informant is implementation team and CFS developer, one of the teachers and committee school. The research location is MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen. This research using interviews, document studies, and observation technique. The data analysis technique used a qualitative model Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. Test the validity of the data by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results showed that: (1) The readiness of CFS policy in MTs Negeri 3 Kebumen is said to be ready, this is supported by written evidence to the decision of the head of madrasah regarding the formation of the implementation team and developer of CFS and has been integrated with the madrasah order. (2) Readiness to implement child-friendly learning process is ready to realize CFS program, because the learning process implemented is in accordance with the components of CFS. (3) The readiness of educators and education personnel is ready to realize the CFS program because educators and education personnel are ready to realize CFS even though not all educators and education personnel get training. (4) Readiness of facilities and infrastructure is ready only there are still some facilities that need to be improved. (5) Child participation readiness is ready to realize CFS program because the school has provided opportunities to students according to their ringhts. (6) Readiness of participation of parents, communities, businesses, and committees is ready to realize the CFS program for taking an active role in the CFS agreement.
