"This research aims to know find out the planning, implementation, and \r\nevaluation of student development in the inclusive Junior High Schools at Patuk \r\nDistrict Gunungkidul Regency. \r\nThis research is a type of qualitative research. The data sources of this \r\nstudy are the Principal, Teachers and Guidance Counseling Teachers. Data \r\ncollection techniques using interview techniques and study documentation. Data \r\nvalidity test is done by triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The \r\ndata analysis used an interactive model from Miles and Huberman.\r\nThe results of the study show that: (1) Planning for the development of \r\nstudents in the inclusive Junior High School at Patuk District is carried out at the \r\nbeginning of each semester by taking into account the results of the assessment, the \r\ncondition of students with special needs, students interests and talents, facilities \r\nand infrastructure, energy, cost and time. (2) Implementation of the student \r\ndevelopment program with special needs is carried out by paying more attention to \r\nstudents with special needs in order to have high mental and motivation to keep \r\nlearning. Extracurricular activities are divided into two, namely compulsory \r\nextracurricular activities and optional extracurricular activities. The strategy for \r\nimplementing student coaching is carried out through several activities, namely \r\nsending students to attend workshops and competition activities. (3) Evaluation for \r\nthe development of students is carried out at the end of each semester through test \r\nand non-test techniques. The elements evaluated include student activeness, student \r\nachievement, barriers to activity as benchmarks for determining policies in the \r\nfollowing academic year. Evaluation of the student development program between \r\nnormal students and students with special needs, the assessment indicators are the \r\nsame based on minimum completeness criteria (KKM) and the assessment process \r\nis the same.
