The study subjects were the program manager, program coordinator, and teacher of entrepreneurship program. This study was implementation at the school organizing the enrtepreneurship program, there are: 6 State Senior High School of Yogyakarta (SMA N 6 Yogyakarta), 2 State Senior High School of Banguntapan (SMA N 2 Banguntapan),1 State Senior High School of Turi (SMA N 1 Turi), 1 State Senior High School of Playen (SMA N 1 Playen). Data collection in this study uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity test of the data using source triagulation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis models from Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The result of this study are as follows: (1) entrepreneurship program planning at Special Regional of Yogyakarta planning is done by explaion of program aims and background, program planning, financial planning, personel planning. The background of this entrepreneurship program to students have an entrepreneur mentality. The aim of this program is to provide entrepreneur knowledge for students who don’t go to college. Financing sourced from APBN. Pesonnel planning is done by arranging individuals in school an entrepreneurship team (2) the implementation of the entrepreneurship program planning at Special Regional of Yogyakarta includes organizing, coordinating activities, and curriculum implementation. Organizing is done by forming school entrepreneurship team. Coordination is carried out vertically and horizontally between positions in a team. The implementation of the curriculum includes internaliztion of entrepreneur values, method and form of the material presented (3) evaluations carried out in the entrepreneurship program planning at Special Regional of Yogyakarta by evaluating is carried out at the end of each semeseter by the school entrepreneurship team.
