This study is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, the deputy principal of the school in the field of sports facilities and infrastructure, sports teachers, and sports coaches. With 11 respondents. The research location is Seyegan 1 Senior High School Sleman. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, and documentation study. The validity data test using the triangulation technique. Data analysis using models from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results showed that: a) The availability of sports facilities and infrastructure was sufficient for the type, quantity, completeness, and has a good condition. b) The intensity of using sports facilities and infrastructure has been scheduled and has different levels of frequency in each sport.
