(2) obstacles experienced during the activity building formation ofstudentenviromentally caring attitude through (KPLH) extracurricular activity in SMA Negeri 2 Temanggung. The researchis descriptive research with aqualitative approach. The subjects of this research is a principal, builder of KPLH extracurricular, 10 students of member KPLH, and 1 representatives from Badan Lingkungan Hidup (BLH). Data collection method by interviews, observation, and documentation. The legitimacy of data by triangulation sources and triangulation technique. Data analysis interactive use the model Miles and Huberman. The result of the research are: (1) there are 13 activities undertaken which includes the movement for environment, oxygen invest, trash bank, green house management, Leadership basic training, TOGA planting, Hydrophonic system, creating school bulletin, recycling, menure, bio-pore, conductiong workshop on enviroment day, co-working to clean the school neighborhood. These activities form an environmentally caring attitude to the students, while also establishing a disciplined, independent and responsible attitude.Assessment seen from attitude, liveliness, creativity and direct observation by KPLH builder, and reported in student report book. (2) the obstacles found that there were vary of student characters appears also had lack of time and fund.
