%X This study aims to determine the performance of teachers in improving the development of the childs in kindergarten sub-district Danurejan on aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research approach used in this study is the quantitative approach . This research was conducted in kindergarten Danurejan sub-district of Yogyakarta with the number 10 kindergarten. The population in this study were all classroom teachers kindergarten Danurejan sub-district of Yogyakarta who are 39 teachers . The data collection technique used was a questionnaire as a primary technique and supported with data collection in the form of questionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed using central tendent. Test the validity of the instrument by using content validity (content validity) and reliability test using Cronbach 's Alpha formula .
