"This study aims to describe management of personnel in Ganesha \r\nOperatio Wonosari Branch, including: (1) Procurement of employees; (2) \r\nPlacement and assignment of employees; (3) Maintenance of employees; (4) \r\nDevelopment of employees; (5) Asassment of employees; and (6) Termination of \r\nemployment.\r\nThis research uses qualitative approach and descriptive research type. \r\nThe subject of this research is the head of GO Branch Rayon Wonosari, full-time \r\nlecturer, and freelance teacher. Methods of data collection with interviews, \r\nobservation, and study documentation Data analysis using interactive model \r\nanalysis techniques. Test data validity is done by using triangulation of source \r\nand triangulation technique.\r\nThe results of the research show : (1) the procurement of employees at GO \r\nCabang Rayon Wonosari covers several stages starting from planning, job \r\nanalysis, employee recruitment, and employee orientation. (2) Placement and \r\nassignment of employees GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari done by GO center for\r\nemployees who mutation and promotion of position from one GO Cabang to \r\nanother GO Cabang. For new employees placement and assignment given by GO \r\nCabang Rayon Wonosari to procure new employees. (3) Maintenance of \r\nemployees at GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari includes the provision of employee \r\nliability and employee rights. Obligations of employees and granting rights in GO \r\nCabang Rayon Wonosari are stipulated in the employment contract. (4) \r\nDevelopment of employees at GO Cabang Rayon Wonosari shaped performance \r\ndevelopment in the form of employee training and career development of \r\nemployees. Employee training includes regular training and training. Employee \r\ncareer development includes employee mutations and promotions.
