TY - UNPB N2 - This study aims to: (1) reveal the commitment of Special Education teacher. (2) reveal the self-efficacy of Special Education teacher. (3) reveal the work motivation of Special Education eacher. (4) reveal the effect of self-efficacy on teaching commitment of Special Education teacher. (5) reveal the effect of work motivation on teaching commitment of Special Education eacher. (6) reveal the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on teaching commitment of Special Education teacher during the Covid-19 outbreak. This research is a quantitative research using correlational method. The subject consisted of forty Special Education teacher. The data were collected using questionnaires. The instruments used to collect data were the teachers? sense of efficacy scale, the work task motivation scale for teacher, and the teacher commitment scale. The validation adan reliability of he instrument used the Product Moment test technique and Cronbach?s Alpha. The data were analyzed using the descriptive statistics. Regression analysis were used to determine the significant effect between variables. The results show that: (1) a high level of Special Education teacher? self- efficacy in terms of instructional strategy, student engagement, classroom management, and technology integration, (2) a high level of Special Education teachers? work motivation in terms of teaching tasks, administrative tasks, and complementary tasks, (3) a high level of Special Education teachers? work commitment in terms of commitment to students, commitment to the profession, and commitment to school, (4) self-efficacy has a positive and significanc effect on teaching commitment of of Special Education teachers with the regression coefficient of 0.551, t-value 4,066, (5) work motivation has a positive and significanc effect on teaching commitment of Special Education teacher with the regression coefficient of 0,488, t-value of 3,447, (6) self-efficacy and work motivation have a positive and significanct effect on teaching commitmen of Special Education teacher with the regression coefficient of 0,590, F-value of 9,886. The teaching commitment of Special Education teacher is affected by their self- efficacy and work motivation by 34,8% and 65,2% explained by other variables.
