This research was a research and development using the development of the Borg and Gall (1983) model which was carried in 7(seven) stages: conducting preliminary research and data collection, planning, initial product development, early stage testing, revision of early stage trials, field testing, and revision of field trials. The data were collected using a feasibility scale for the assessment of material experts and media experts, teachers and students’ self esteem scales and response quetionnare of teachers and students’ of junior high school in Depok Sleman. guidance and counseling teachers, and students' self-esteem scales. The subjects of the early stage trials were one material expert and one media expert, field trials were carried out on eight guidance and counseling teachers. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the product of the research is form of a training modules self esteem to increase students’ self-esteem, which consists of: introduction, social self-esteem enhancement material, self-esteem performance enhancement material, physical self-esteem enhancement material, conclusions, glossary, bibliography, and attachment. (2) the training module through group guidance to improve students' self-esteem can be categorized as "very feasible" with a final percentage value of 89.6%, these results are obtained from the results of validation by material experts, namely in the category of "very good", with a percentage value of 88.3. %, the results of the validation by media experts are in the category of "very good", the percentage value is 88.3%, the results of field trials are limited by three guidance and counseling teachers, namely with the category "very good", the percentage value is 86%, and the results of the main field trials by five guidance and counseling teachers, namely with the "very good" category, the percentage value was 96%.
