The feasibility of the manual product based on experts in the field of guidance and counseling, as well as following criticism and suggestions from users, in this case guidance and counseling teacher. This research is a research and development using the Borg and Gall development model which is carried out in seven stages: preliminary research and information gathering, planning to develop initial product drafts, initial product testing, revising the results of initial field trials, testing main field trials, revised main field trials, and final products. The guidebook contains writing systematics which consists of five parts: Chapter I Introduction, Chapter II Quantum Learning Methods in Classroom Guidance Services, Chapter III Soft Skills Work Readiness, Chapter IV Implementation of the Quantum Learning Method, as well as Bibliography and Appendices. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was used to determine the feasibility of a product based on the assessment of material experts, instrument experts, and guidance and counseling teachers. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the manual for the quantum learning method in classroom guidance services for student work readiness has a percentage of 83.6% categorized as "very good or very feasible".
