Penelitian ini menggunakan model kombinasi antara model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation) yang dikembangkan oleh Dick and Carry dengan tahap-tahap pengembangan instrumen tes yang dikembangkan oleh Mardapi. Telaah produk dilakukan oleh ahli media, materi, praktisi pendidikan (guru), dan teman sejawat, serta respon peserta didik. Uji coba lapangan dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA N 1 Kasihan Bantul. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar telaah produk, pretest dan postest, serta penilaian diagnostik untuk mendeteksi kemampuan literasi data dan representasi grafik. Analisis kelayakan produk DOW Of Physics dan validitas instrumen penilaian diagnostik menggunakan ketentuan indeks Aiken’s V, analisis uji empiris untuk menentukan tingkat kesulitan butir, serta reliabilitas butir menggunakan Quest dan menentukan kecocokan item dengan model penilaian, gugur tidaknya item setelah analisis, Item Characteristic Curve (ICC), analisis data uji lapangan menggunakan General Linear Model (GLM) dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) produk DOW of Physics dan instrumen penilaian diagnostik dinyatakan layak dan valid oleh penelaah dari segi aspek media, materi, dan kepraktisan produk melalui ketentuan Aiken’s V, yakni memperoleh nilai lebih dari 0,8 dengan kategori sangat baik, (2) instrumen penilaian diagnostik secara online materi termodinamika (DOW of Physics) efektif dalam mendeteksi kemampuan literasi data dan representasi grafik peserta didik SMA berdasarkan Partial Eta Squere sebesar 87.4% dan 85.5%, (3) deskripsi kelemahan literasi data dan representasi grafik peserta didik SMA materi termodinamika pada setiap sub pokok bahasan menyatakan bahwa peserta didik memiliki tingkat kelemahan atau kesalahan yang berbeda pada setiap aspek yang terdeteksi oleh instrumen penilaian diagnostik, sehingga setiap peserta didik memperoleh diagnosis dan saran yang berbeda satu sama lain. date: 2020-05-12 date_type: published institution: Program Pascasarjana department: Pendidikan Fisika thesis_type: tesis referencetext: Abdurrahman, Liliasari, Rusli, A. & Waldrip, B.
