Model pengembangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development atau yang biasa disebut penelitian pengembangan, dengan pendekatan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Tahapan pendekatan ADDIE dalam penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut; (1) Analyze (mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan kebutuhan di lapangan); (2) Design (menyusun produk yang dikembangkan); (3) Develop (menguji validitas kelayakan produk); (4) Implement (mempersiapkan lingkungan belajar, peserta didik, dan menguji kepraktisan produk); dan (5) Evaluate (penilaian kualitas produk dan hasil pembelajaran). Desain uji coba produk dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahap implement, di mana produk diujicobakan pada skala kecil dan skala luas. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK dan peserta didik kelas tinggi (IV, V, VI) dari 10 sekolah dasar di Pulau Lombok, NTB. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan studi dokumentasi, wawancara, review literatur, validasi ahli, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan tes/pengukuran. Instrumen dalam penelitan ini menggunakan 7 (tujuh) instrumen penelitian untuk dapat mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan, yaitu; (1) pedoman observasi; (2) pedoman studi dokumentasi; (3) pedoman wawancara pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang literasi fisik dan konten pembelajaran PJOK sebelum penerapan produk; (4) instrumen penilaian validasi draft awal produk; (5) instrumen penilaian validasi kelayakan produk; (6) pedoman wawancara pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang literasi fisik dan konten pembelajaran PJOK setelah penerapan produk; dan (7) instrumen penilaian literasi fisik peserta didik. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis data, seperti; (1) Analisis validitas konten/isi instrumen penelitian menggunakan statistik Aiken’s V; (2) Analisis kebutuhan, seperti; hasil observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif; (3) Analisis validasi draft awal produk dan uji kelayakan produk menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif; (4) Analisis kualitas produk menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif; dan (5) Analisis hasil belajar peserta didik atau uji efektivitas produk menggunakan quasi-eksperimental design dengan metode non- equivalent control group post-test only design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik peserta didik sekolah dasar, serta mampu memberikan pengetahuan baru kepada guru terkait konsep literasi fisik yang sedang berkembang di berbagai negara di dunia. Temuan yang bermakna dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik sekolah dasar sebelum melakukan proses pembelajaran PJOK, serta menjalin interaksi yang lebih mendalam antara guru dan peserta didik. Simpulan dari penelitian ini lebih menekankan pada kemampuan guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik, menantang, dan menyenangkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti semua aktivitas pembelajaran PJOK.
