The ESP learning materials development was carried out through several steps, namely identification of the needs, exploration of need, planning, develop preliminaryform of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, students’ use of materials, expert judgment, and final product revision. The researcher made some modification while following the adapteddevelopment models proposed by Borg and Gall (1983) and Jolly and Bolitho (1998) based on the data obtained throughexpert judgment to evaluatethe appropriateness of the learning materials. This study involved 28 students of second grade of ICT vocational college in Uzbekistan. The datawere obtained through survey using questionnaire, and interview. The data were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the ESP materials development model, adaptedand modified by Borg and Gall (1983) and Jolly and Bolitho (1998) development models was appropriate for the second grade of ICT vocational college students in Uzbekistan. The researcher expectedother researchers to conduct similar research and development in order to improve the quality of supplementary ESP learning materials for vocational college students, in particular ICT field students. %K ESP learning materials, ICT field students, materials development %L UNY70535
