The results of research are descriptive research. The data source in the research was based on data in Javanese Short Story Anthology in Yogyakarta 2013. The research was a sentence. The words are related to the types, the letters, and the function of the words. Their collecting data is denied by the researcher himself (human instrumen). This research tool uses the data analysis table which is assisted by a credit card. The data is collected by reading and writing. The way in which this data is analyzed is using descriptive analysis, that is, by way of declaring data according to its categories. The way in which this data is solved by validating the validity of the theory of triangulation and reliability of stability. The results of the research describe the different types of words, namely the words of the active imperative sentence and passive imperative sentence to the Javanese Short Story Anthology in Yogyakarta. The title of the two horns is the {{aa}, {-ana} / {- nana}. The title of the three-letter word rendered by the author is {-en} / {- nen}, {-ana} / {- nana}, and {-na} / {kna}. The function of Pakon's words in Javanese Short Story Anthology in Yogyakarta found five functions, namely common limitation, challenge, pepper, greed, and prejudice.
