        abstract = {The aims of this study include: 1) explaining the results of the S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} manuscript inventory, (2) describing the description of the S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} manuscript, (3) transcribing the text of S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a}, (4) making transliteration of the text of S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} (5) making text edits of S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a}, (6) making translation of the text of S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a}, and (7) describes the concept of nisth{\r a}, mady{\r a}, ut{\r a}m{\r a} in the text of S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a}. This study used modern philology research method and descriptive method. The results of this study include: 1) the S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} script was classified as a single script. 2) Description of the script S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} was still good and the writing was clear. 3) Text transcription S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} used diplomatic transcription methods. 4) Text transliteration S{\^e}rat Wigny{\r a}t{\r a}y{\r a} used the standard transliteration method. 5) Text editing used standard edit methods, while all changes in text edits were discussed in the critical apparatus. 6) Text translation used the method of literal translation, content translation, and free translation. All of the translation methods were done contextually. 7) The concept nisth{\r a}, mady{\r a}, ut{\r a}m{\r a} for human and concept nisth{\r a}, mady{\r a}, ut{\r a}m{\r a} especially for teachers.
