Penelitian ini menggunakan statistik korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena dalam penelitian ini mencari ada tidaknya hubungan antara variabel satu dengan variabel lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di 9 SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 16 guru PPKn dan 245 siswa kelas XI yang ditentukan dengan teknik proportional purposive sampling dengan merujuk pada tabel Isaac dan Michael dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan tes. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan sebelum pengambilan data terhadap 15 guru PPKn. Analisis data mengggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat diantaranya uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi keprofesionalan guru dengan hasil belajar PPKn pada siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisisen korelasi sebesar 0,891 menunjukkan berada dalam kategori kuat membuktikan kompetensi keprofesionalan guru memiliki hubungan dengan hasil belajar PPKn. (2) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel iklim kelas dengan hasil belajar PPKn pada siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara, yang ditunjukkan dengan Koefisisen korelasi sebesar 0,918 menunjukkan berada dalam kategori kuat. (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara variabel kompetensi keprofesionalan guru dan iklim kelas dengan hasil belajar PPKn pada siswa SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Jepara yang ditunjukkan dari koefisisen korelasi sebesar 0,921 yang menunjukkan berada dalam kategori kuat, berarti semakin tinggi skor kompetensi keprofesionlan guru dan iklim kelas akan meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn pada siswa.
