Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru penjas adaptif se-Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 9 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survei menggunakan angket dengan 42 butir pernyataan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menyebarkan angket secara langsung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif.\r\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif di Sekolah Luar Biasa se-Kota Yogyakarta menempati kategori baik dan sangat baik dengan nilai sebesar 77,78% dan 22,22% masing-masing.
