Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional kausal. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi produksi PT. Laju Usaha Gemilang. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebanyak 50 karyawan untuk dijadikan subjek. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur berupa skala psikologis yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai t hitung sebesar -4.392; dan nilai Sig. 0.000{\ensuremath{<}}0.05; (2) tidak ada pengaruh antara organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap turnover intention, dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai t hitung sebesar -0.909; dan nilai Sig. 0.368{\ensuremath{>}}0.05; dan (3) kepuasan kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention, dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diperoleh nilai F hitung sebesar 9.826; nilai Sig. 0.000{\ensuremath{<}}0.05; dan nilai R Square sebesar 0.295 atau 29.5\%. Sedangkan sisanya, yaitu 70.5\% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Kata kunci: Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention of the production division employees manufacturing sector, (2) the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on turnover intention of the production division employees manufacturing sector, (3) the effect of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) simultaneous on turnover intention of the production division employees manufacturing sector. This research used quantitative approach with causal correlation. The population of the research was production division employees in PT. Laju Usaha Gemilang. This study used a whole population of 50 employees as participants. The data was collected using psychological scale whose validity and reliability had been tested. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis was multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicated that: (1) job satisfaction had negative and significant effect on turnover intention as proved by -4.392 t value; and 0.000{\ensuremath{<}}0.05 significance value; (2) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) had no effect on turnover intention as proved by -0.909 t value; and 0.368{\ensuremath{>}}0.05 significance value; and (3) job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) together had an effect on turnover intention as proved 9.826 F value; 0.000{\ensuremath{<}}0.05 significance value; and 0.295 or 29\% R Square value. While the remaining 70.5\% was explained by other variables outside this study.
