Populasi dalam\r\npenelitian adalah semua konsumen di Catering Diet Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih\r\nYogyakarta sebanyak 903 konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan\r\nteknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen tidak\r\ndalam kondisi rawat inap di RS. Panti Rapih dan memesan catering hingga bulan\r\nMei 2019 di Catering Diet Rumah Sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta sebanyak 40\r\nkonsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, dan dokumentasi.\r\nValiditas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, dan\r\nreliabilitas menggunakan rumus cronbach alpha. Teknik analisis data\r\nmenggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Profile konsumen catering diet di\r\nrumah sakit Panti Rapih Yogyakarta adalah laki-laki (60,00%), berusia antara 29-\r\n39 tahun (45,00%), memiliki pendidikan Sarjana (55,00%), memiliki pekerjaan\r\nsebagai karyawan swasta (40,00%), melakukan jenis diet rendah kolesterol\r\n(32,50%), dan melakukan frekuensi pemesanan selama 6-12 minggu (35,00%);\r\n(2) Tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada kualitas produk di Catering Diet Panti\r\nRapih Yogyakarta berada pada kategori sangat puas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari skor\r\nkenyataan konsumen lebih tinggi dibandingan skor pada harapan konsumen\r\n(1925>1846) dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 104,28% dan berada pada kategori\r\nsangat puas; dan (3) Tingkat kepuasan konsumen Pada kualitas pelayanan di\r\nCatering Diet Panti Rapih Yogyakarta berada pada kategori sangat puas.
