Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresis berganda.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru PJOK di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul, dengan nilai t hitung 4,200 > t tabel 2,013 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru PJOK di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul, dengan nilai t hitung 2,229 > t tabel 2,013 dan nilai signifikansi 0,031 < 0,05. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara supervisi terhadap kinerja guru PJOK di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul, dengan nilai t hitung 2,313 > t tabel 2,013 dan nilai signifikansi 0,025 < 0,05.
