Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan PLT adalah\r\nuntuk melatih mahasiswa menerapkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang telah\r\ndimiliki dalam suatu proses pembelajaran sesuai bidang studinya masing-masing\r\nsehingga mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman faktual yang dapat digunakan sebagai\r\nacuan untuk mengembangkan diri sebagai calon tenaga kependidikan yang sadar akan\r\ntugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai tenaga akademis dalam dunia pendidikan.\r\nSetiap mahasiswa PLT sudah ditentukan guru pembimbingnya masing-masing\r\noleh sekolah. guru pembimbing tersebut akan memantau dan menilai perkembangan\r\nmahasiswa selama mengajar di kelas. Namun, sebelum mengajar mahasiswa harus\r\nmenyiapkan semua perangkat mengajar termasuk media pembelajaran agar\r\npembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah dan menarik bagi siswa. Penulis mengajar secara\r\nberkelompok (team teaching) pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan sebanyak 2 kali dan\r\nsecara individu pada mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis di kelas X AP. Pada\r\npelaksanaannya, PLT memberikan banyak pengalaman berharga bagi mahasiswa\r\nwalaupun banyak hambatan yang dihadapi."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
