 To support it, the government was published the constitution, regulation. and
 include guideline technique of implementation of provision of public facilities for
 accessibility diffable. Carrying out of provision accessibility diffable public facilities
 organized by government and community at executed, comprehension, integrated.
 and continues. However, the realization of public facilities for accessibility diffable
 still very little, because of existence some obstructions. that is the less knowledge
 from owner or organizer of public facilities for the guideline accessibility diffable
 and comprehension for diffable does not enough.
 Based on the situation, need the operation existence to motivate to increase
 the meaning and the knowledge for diffable and the knowledge for the guideline
 provision of public facilities for accessibility diffabel.
