The efficacy of self esteem has significant impacts on how a student engages in activities, deals with challenges, and interact with others. Realizing of how self esteem plays an apparent role in life. the schools have many challenges in work with student's self esteem development. The teacher as the person who shaping student's self esteem everyday is the main key of its development of student. Therefore teacher needs to improve the way he teach, and do some collaboration with students and parents.
