Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri se-Gugus Bima, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 135 siswa. Dan yang dijadikan sampel sejumlah 101 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah angket. Angket diuji cobakan kepada siswa kelas V SD Durensari dan SD Pucungan dengan jumlah 33 siswa. Hasil uji validitas angket dengan menggunakan 22 item pernyataan diperoleh 2 item pernyataan dinyatanan gugur dan 20 item pernyataan dinyatakan valid, sedangkan hasil uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan 20 item pernyataan yang dinyatakan valid diperoleh nilai rii = 0,835 > 0,344. Teknik analisis data mengguanakan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi yang didahului uji persyaratan analsis, yaitu uji normalitas dan linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri semester ganjil se-Gugus Bima, Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan nilai Fregresi = 21,998 dan nilai p-value = 0,000 < 0,05. Kinerja guru termasuk kategori tinggi sebanyak 33,66% atau 34 siswa dan tingkat prestasi belajar Matematika termasuk dalam kategori tinggi 29,7% atau 30 siswa. \r\n\r\nKata kunci: kinerja, prestasi, Matematika"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
