Qualitative approach was used to describe and examine the total quality management in the school. Data were collected through observation, documentation and interviews with principals, teachers, employees (administrative and academic staffs) students, and also School Committee and student parents. Validity of data was obtained through the expansion of study, continuous observation, checking and discussion. The data were analyzed simultaneously throughout the research process. The results reveal that the process of perfoming total quality management is good and effective. It can be seen from the pre-existence of a reorientation of learning, a good school environment and support, The approach of positive values and school management where there is openness and good cooperation but there is a need for improvement in terms of transparency report on the use of funds. In terms of effectiveness of total quality management, it is at the stage of capable in providing life skills, opennes, opportunities to develop flexible learning and opportunities for utilization of existing resources, but not able to provide the ability to solve problems faced.
