<http://eprints.uny.ac.id/id/eprint/33652> <http://purl.org/ontology/bibo/abstract> "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pelatihan Instalasi Penerangan kejuruan teknik listrik di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Pati, yang meliputi: (1) tujuan program pelatihan, latar belakang dan kurikulum; (2) kesiapan peserta, kesiapan instruktur, kesiapan penyelenggara, metode dan materi pelatihan, sarana prasarana; (3) penampilan instruktur, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pelaksanaan evaluasi; (4) hasil pelaksanaan evaluasi.\r\nPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi program dengan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subjek dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Pati, instruktur pelatihan Instalasi Penerangan dan peserta pelatihan Instalasi Penerangan. Pengumpulan data diambil melalui metode angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik validitas instrumen yang digunakan adalah expert judgement. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) evaluasi konteks (context) yang terdiri dari tujuan program pelatihan dan kurikulum pelatihan dikategorikan baik; (2) evaluasi masukan (input) yang meliputi kesiapan peserta dalam kategori baik, kesiapan instruktur dikategorikan sangat baik, kesiapan penyelenggara dikategorikan sangat baik, materi dan metode pelatihan dengan kategori sangat baik, sarana dan prasarana dikategorikan sangat baik; (3) evaluasi proses (process) meliputi penampilan instruktur dikategorikan sangat baik, dan pelaksanaan pelatihan dikategorikan sangat baik; (4) evaluasi produk (product) yaitu nilai hasil ujian pelatihan Instalasi Penerangan dengan kategori baik. Hasil evaluasi program pelatihan Instalasi Penerangan di Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Pati secara keseluruhan dilihat dari aspek konteks, masukan, proses dan produk termasuk dalam kategori baik."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
