Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas V, siswa kelas V, dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. \r\nHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) guru dan kepala sekolah mengetahui tentang implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik integratif, 2) guru melaksanakan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran tematik yang mencakup 5 M pada tema 9 tentang ekosistem yaitu: a) mengamati, kegiatan mengamati pada siswa kelas V SDN Nirmala pada umumnya sudah terlaksana, karena dalam proses pembelajaran siswa dapat mengamati sendiri misalnya mengamati gambar tentang bangun ruang di dalam buku siswa; b) menanya, kegiatan menanya yang dilakukan oleh siswa sudah dapat memunculkan pertanyaan, karena dalam proses pembelajaraan siswa selalu bertanya apabila mengalami kesulitan; c) menalar yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran sudah terlaksanakan, karena guru selalu membimbing siswa dalam proses pembelajaran; d) mencoba yang dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan, karena siswa sudah mencoba untuk bekerja kelompok; e) mengkomunikasikan yang dilakukan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sudah terlaksana, karena siswa dapat menuliskan atau menceritakan apa yang ditemukan dalam mengamati dan mencoba. 3) adanya hambatan yang ditemui dalam implementasi pendekatan saintifik yaitu, keberanian siswa dalam bertanya kurang, pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung siswa kurang berani untuk mengajukan pertanyaan. \r\n\r\nKata kunci: implementasi, pendekatan saintifik, pembelajaran tematik integratif"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
