Samples of this ex post facto study were undergraduate students academic year 2013. Data were collected using questionnaire, observation and documentation. It is then analyzed descriptively using simple and multiple linear regression. Self-understanding (X1), family (X2), and school (X3) simultaneously affecting interest to proceed to JPTM FT UNY positively and significantly shown by tcalculate > ttable (X1=4,987, X2=2,151 dan X3=2,889 > 1,65). Effective contribution total of self-understanding, family, and school on interest to proceed to JPTM FT UNY was 54,23 %, while 45,77 % affected by another factors.
