This research was conducted collaboratively in two cycles.The data collection technique in this research used the observation and post-test. Data analysis technique used quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. The quantitative data analysis was done by comparing the obtained score of Accounting Learning Activity and Learning Outcomes with the maximum score, then make it to be a percentage. While the qualitative data analysis was done by describing the data and make a conclusion. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Type Jigsaw can improve students’ Accounting Learning Activity and Learning Outcomes of the Grade XAK3 at SMK Negeri 1Karanganyar academic year of 2013/2014 that can be proven from the increasing score of Accounting Learning Activity from the cycle I at the amount of70,83% increased to be79,17% on the cycle II or increased by34,73% from the innitial condition. Beside that, based on the post-test that given to students, successful can be prove from the increasing score of Accounting Learning Outcomes from the cycle I at the amount of 91,7% increased to be 97,2% on the cycle II or increased by 24,98% from the innitial condition.
