The subjects are three mathematics teachers in secondary school in Palembang. Data were collected through interview pre teaching, observation juring the teaching process, interview post teaching, field recording, and document collecting. Observation to each teacher was done twice and was recorded by video recording. The result shows that the values implemented by the teachers are explicit and implicit.
