This research aims to: (1) Determine the effect of the Industrial Practices on the Competence Test results of class XII students Welding Engineering Program SMK N 1 Sedayu, (2) Determine the effect of work motivation on the Competence Test results of class XII students Welding Engineering Program SMK N 1 Sedayu, (3) determine the effect of Work Motivation and Work Practices Industry together to Test Competency Grade XII Welding Engineering Expertise Program SMK N 1 Sedayu.
